5focus offers monthly half day workshops

A certified instructor will guide you through many exercises and drills to give you a good sense of what the ChiRunning or ChiWalking technique feels like in your body. Group size is limited to give participants lots of personal attention.

ChiRunning half day workshop:  $125
ChiWalking half day workshop:  $95

• Individual and small group private instruction
• Follow-up packages: Get a form check, video taping and race training help
• Marathon and Triathlon training – we can work with you to set up the perfect training program!
