At 5focus, one of our goals is to create a community around our business. We engage in various partnerships with organizations in and around South Lake Union to enhance our clients overall lifestyle.

Girls on the Run® Puget Sound: We partner with Girls on the Run Puget Sound for our annual Lake Union 10K Race around the Lake. Our first annual race in 2009 donated over $4000 to GOTR in 2009 and we hope to improve on that amount this year! We capped off race registration at 800 last year and expect 1200 this year. Girls on the Run ® is a non-profit program that empowers preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Their curricula address all aspects of girls' development - including physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being.  For more information, visit www.girlsrun.org. They’re always looking for volunteers, coaches and/or running buddies for the girls in the 5k race at the end of each program session.

hauteyoga Queen Anne: Our holistic mind-body approach to fitness makes partnering with hauteyoga of Queen Anne a no brainer. Keep your eye on our upcoming workshops, we’ll be doing some joint workshops come spring time! hauteyoga QA is located at the top of Queen Anne Hill and offers daily hot yoga classes taught by experienced Hot Hatha and Power Vinyasa instructors. Full Circle Farm: Full Circle Farm is a locally owned and operated organic farm on 300 acres in Snoqualmie Valley, located about 30 miles east of Seattle, Washington. They cultivate over 150 varieties of specialty fruits, vegetables and herbs. 5focus is a community pick-up site for Full Circle Farms, which means that they deliver your fresh produce to our location for you to pick up at your convenience.
