Children’s MIM Classes
Cultivate a holistic and fun approach to life long wellness! Each class is different, blending eastern
concepts of Yoga and TaiChi, with western concepts of physical development and play to nurture Movement, Imagination, and Mindfulness (MIM) in your child. Classes are lead by an experienced instructor with a passion for children.

Summer Camp Week long camps for children ages 4-10, with a three week workshop for teens age 12-14
Phi’s Tribe: Afternoon camps including components from our unique MIM classes. Instructors also lead children in creative projects, storytime, music, and games. Organic snacks from Café Mae also included. Camps run Monday through Friday from 1-4 p.m. Cost $185 per week.
- August 11-15 ages 4-10
Tools for Life: A three week workshop designed to teach your teen the tools for life-long health. Instruction
in nutrition, foundational exercise, basic anatomy, flexibility, and body awareness with fun and flair for both athletes and non-athletes alike! Camp runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
August 4th through 22nd. Cost $200 per participant, lunch included. Call 206.631.2818 or sign up below.
