Kinesis - Experience small group personal training in a fun and unique environment.  Using interval training, 5focus Kinesis will burn 30% more calories and improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance.  Kinesis is a revolutionary cable pulley system which trains your core and tones your extremities unlike any other fitness or gym equipment.  45 minutes.

Kinesis (Method) - Fusing Method and Kinesis. The Method focuses on core body strength, balance, and posture. Through the process of dynamic and static stretching, various forms of strength building, and of course, some patience, you will leave each class feeling stronger, more centered and maybe even a little taller. 45 minutes.

Kinesis Performance Previous Kinesis experience required.  This unique class design incorporates athletic movements involving reaction time, balance, power, agility, coordination and speed. Come see for yourself why the Kinesis wall is ideal for performance training. 45 minutes.
