Intro Kinesis®
The perfect place to try Kinesis is this introductory class where you will learn the basic movements from one of our expert instructors. This slower paced class focuses on breaking down the elements of the Open Kinesis class. We recommend Intro Kinesis for beginners, new to Kinesis, or those who want to brush up their skills.
Open Kinesis®
Join us for a fun, exceptional workout in our most popular Kinesis class. In this class one of our experienced instructors will lead you through a series of resistance and cardio intervals to help you develop the balance your body craves. Open Kinesis is designed for all fitness and experience levels.
Performance Kinesis®
Increase the challenge in this faster paced class with more complex, athletic exercises and even more cardio intervals. Experienced Kinesis students only.
