Macho Kinesis Instructor Extraordinaire: Jeff
Jeff is the self-proclaimed “Mayor” of 5Focus.  He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1993 with a degree in finance, which has proved to be moderately helpful with his duties as CFO.  Before working at 5Focus, Jeff enjoyed a lengthy career in the National Football League, during which he was exposed to a variety of training regimens.  That experience, along with a deep loathing of long, arduous workouts, has made him appreciate the efficiency of the Kinesis machine.  Jeff has enjoyed Kinesis so much; he decided to teach "Macho Kinesis" in 2010.

erin

Kinesis Instructor: Erin
After almost two years as a Kinesis class participant, Erin could no longer resist the lure of dishing out all the grunt work she'd been taking and began training to become an instructor. Her group fitness experience includes teaching cycling classes (Keiser certified) and the occasional resistance training class; trying just about any new form of exercise she can dig up; and spending quality time with her exercise soul mate, step aerobics. Her love of Kinesis and working out stems from her love of eating (especially mankind's greatest culinary invention, soft-serve ice cream) and her goal as a fitness instructor is to pay it forward--work, motivate, and inspire the people in her classes in the same way a notable few fitness instructors in her past and present have worked, motivated, and inspired her. Erin has a BA in English from the University of Washington and an MA in Writing & Publishing from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Her best days are those that bring a good laugh, a good meal, and a good sweat.
