Kinesis^® Combo Pack* – 20 classes + ½ hour treatment
An important part of improving balance, strength, and endurance is the inclusion of treatments like massage or fascial stretch therapy in your routine. To help you advance to this better state of balance 5focus offers a unique combination pack of 20 Kinesis classes and ½ hour therapy session for $365. That’s a $200 savings.

Yoga
Gain strength, flexibility, and balance along with alignment and awareness through yoga.

Regular Rate: $17 per class

Kids Yoga
Your child will build balance, body awareness, strength, coordination and flexibility through developmentally appropriate Yoga poses! Kids will enjoy the way their body stretches and moves into yoga poses in an imaginative, fun and healthy learning environment.

Regular Rate: $15 per class
10 Classes Rate: $100 (save $50)

Child Care - $3 per child per hour
At 5focus we know how hard it can be to balance your need to exercise with your active family. That’s why we offer child care during our 9:30AM Kinesis classes and for all Saturday Kinesis classes.

You must remain on site while your child is with us.
