About Laura Robinson Laura's expertise involves a lifetime of experience in health and wellness. Laura gained her passion for fitness as an all-around athlete, competing in the heptathlon at the University of Idaho. After obtaining a degree in Food and Nutrition in 1995, Laura began teaching nutrition concepts to community groups ranging from school age children to retired adults. She furthered her knowledge of the human body at Northwestern University Medical School, receiving a Master's in Physical Therapy in 1999. Laura loves being a mother, enjoys the outdoors, laughs out loud, and dances like no one is watching. She has worked with thousands of individuals, sharing simple yet effective methods to improve vitality and enhance well-being. |
