This unique opportunity will help you to find and dissolve the beliefs preventing you from having the body and the life you’ve always wanted. In a safe and supportive environment, you will learn the tools to lose weight and gain the ability to live a healthy and happy lifestyle for the long term. This intensive 10-week course is taught by a powerful team of professionals, certified life coach Bridgette Boudreau and licensed dietitian and physical therapist Laura Robinson.

Week 7: Dissolving Beliefs Part 1 – you are what you think
Week 8: Dissolving Beliefs Part 2 – change your beliefs, change your life
Week 9: Group Coaching –to keep you moving forward
Week 10: The Future – focus on what you want long term, not what you feel like right now.

About Bridgette Boudreau
After years of struggling with her weight, Bridgette hired a weight loss coach to take her through the process of examining not only what, when and how she ate, but much more importantly, WHY she overate. Bridgette is now 50 lbs. lighter than she was at her heaviest. She is so passionate about this process that she’s made it part of her own coaching practice. Bridgette takes a coaching approach to weight loss using the principles taught to her by Brooke Castillo, master coach and author of "If I Am So Smart, Why Can't I Lose Weight?" About Laura Robinson
Laura's expertise involves a lifetime of experience in health and wellness. Laura gained her passion for fitness as an all-around athlete, competing in the heptathlon at the University of Idaho. After obtaining a degree in Food and Nutrition in 1995, Laura began teaching nutrition concepts to community groups ranging from school age children to retired adults. She furthered her knowledge of the human body at Northwestern University Medical School, receiving a Master's in Physical Therapy in 1999. Laura loves being a mother, enjoys the outdoors, laughs out loud, and dances like no one is watching. She has worked with thousands of individuals, sharing simple yet effective methods to improve vitality and enhance well-being.
